Looking for a new way to bring in new or returning customers into your business more often? Why not have a Paint pARTy with Vino & Vernici? Paint pARTies are a new and exciting way to bring a little bit of energy and creativity to your business.
How Does it Work?
First we choose a date, time and design. Vino and Vernici charges a $25 per person (with the exception to the signs, see details below) in order to cover the cost of materials, equipment and our time. We then add the amount you would like to make on top of that for the overall ticket price. Most businesses charge $10 per person and usually supply a complimentary drink for the customer within the ticket price. We require a minimum of 8 participants in order to run the Paint pARTy. If the minimum of 8 participants is not met within 48 hours of the event, the class will be cancelled and participants will be refunded fully.
Once the date, time and design have been chosen, we take it from there. We will create a spot on our website under the "Classes" tab featuring the classes for your event. We will also will create a Facebook event and flyer that you can print, post and share at no cost to you.
We have lots lots of material options to choose from to keep customers coming back to paint with us again and again. Some of these materials include:
A set of two wine glasses
A set of two stemless wine glasses
A set of two pint glasses
Wine bottle with lights
Canvas tote bags
Wooden Palettes ($30 per person)
Signs ($30 per person)
Home Sign ($40 6 piece. $50 12 piece)
What does a typical setup look like?
We provide everything pictured here. We put down a black 9" x 12" place mat for each of our guests. If you would like to protect your tables further with a table cloth, you are more than welcome to do so,
Who takes care of tickets?
It is up to you! We would be happy to take care of the ticket purchasing through PayPal. We will then pay you your portion the night of the event. Please note that we will add on $1.50 to each ticket to cover the fees associated with using the PayPal online software.
If you feel more comfortable handing the purchasing of tickets, we require that the tickets must pre-purchased in order to reserve a seat as well as a non-refundable ticket policy (unless the class is cancelled due to the minimum not being met). Once the final count is given, we will charge for that amount.
How far in advance should we set up an event?
We suggest that we set up the event at least a month out to provide enough time to advertise and help meet our minimum number of participants.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to any equipment such as tables and chairs or to any floors during a party. Paint rarely spills and is easy to clean up on hard wood or tiled floors. Carpet can be tricky, but we will do our best to get it out at the time of the spill.
